Herman Miller Wire Frame Lounge

The Herman Miller Wireframe Chair is a contemporary lounge armchair that expertly balances structural strength with plush comfort. Conceived by designers Sam Hecht and Kim Colin, the piece explores an enduring design theme: contrasting tension. It features an external, powder-coated steel wire frame that forms a lightweight shell. This design makes the chair nearly half the weight of typical comparable lounge seating. The frame securely cradles contoured, molded foam cushions that provide exceptional comfort. The seat utilizes a signature pressure-distributing suspension technology originally developed by Herman Miller for the healthcare industry.
